Integrative Psychotherapy

shutterstock_114959809_600In his private practice, Tim practices Integrative Psychotherapy: a unifying model which views human beings in a holistic manner, addressing the needs and concerns of each person on the emotional, behavioral, cognitive (mental) and physiological levels and incorporating the spiritual dimension of life.

Successful psychotherapy relies on the relationship between a therapist and client to help clients create change in their lives. The focus for change is influenced by:

  • symptomatic issues which affect daily functioning (e.g., depression, panic, anxiety)
  • behaviors which are negatively affecting important relationships (spouse, work, children)
  • self-exploration and self-development

Integrative psychotherapy is flexible and adapted to each client’s specific needs, in terms of goals, approach to treatment and duration.

Clients or clinicians who are interested in more information can read Tim’s article about Integrative Psychotherapy or contact Tim.
